  • Rate 15% per year

  • Fee: 2.5%

  • 5 year balloon / 20 year ammortization

  • Reserve Requirement: 4 months P&I

Tier 3:

  • First Mortgage: Must be a Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac First Mortgage

  • Maximum CLTV: 90%

  • Minimum Credit Score: 680

  • Rate 15% per year

  • Fee: 3.0%

  • 5 year balloon / 20 year ammortization

  • Reserve Requirement: 5 months P&I

Tier 4:

  • First Mortgage: Must be a Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac First Mortgage

  • Maximum CLTV: 90%

  • Minimum Credit Score: 620

  • Rate 15% per year

  • Fee: 3.5%
