Synergy Capital Markets' Real Estate Private Equity Capital is available in many formats:

  • Majority of property types including but not limited to:

Investment Amount:

  • $500,000 to Unlimited

​

Investment Horizon:

  • Up to 5 years

​

Loan to Value/Cost:

  • Up to 95% of Appraised Value or Cost or up to 100% of equity required.

​

IRR Hurdle:

  • Determined on a case-by-case basis

​

Origination Fee:

  • Typically 3% – 8% of Loan Amount

​

Expense Deposit:

  • Amount sufficient to cover third party reports.  May vary according to transaction.

​

Sponsor/Borrower:

  • Creditworthy individual(s) or entity with sufficient liquidity and net worth.

​
